Setting up a new Xero file generally takes around 2 business days once we have all the information we need from you.
Data conversions from MYOB, Quickbooks and Reckon can take up to 10 business days once we have all the information we need from you.
Setting up and connecting integrated apps with Xero can vary greatly on the type of add-on. Add-ons like payments processes (eg. Stripe) can be setup very quickly ie. 1-2 business days. While inventory systems (eg. Cin7) or Rostering apps (eg. RosterElf & Tanda) will take longer depending on app. We will work with to formulate a plan and estimated timeframe for the integrations you need.
Generally we can only import transactional data from MYOB, Quickbooks & Reckon.
It is possible to import transactions from another system but this can be time consuming.
Alternatively we can setup up opening balances and enter historical balances from previous months (for comparisons).

Up to 4 years of historical data can be imported from your existing system. Please get in touch and we can confirm what history can be imported into Xero.
